    Construction: All ETAP yachts are being built as per ETAP’s unique double-skinned construction. This makes them unsinkable, provides extra hull stiffness, insulates hull and deck to ensure almost condensation-free cabins and gives a unique interior finish. Hull  iso-NPG-gelcoat;  laminate consisting of fibreglass-reinforced polyester;  first layer of laminate made up of short separate glass fibres roving;  interior hulls and bulkheads are laminated and/or glued into the exterior hull;  polyurethane foam (with a minimum 95 % closed cells) is injected between the two hulls;  all reinforcements and mounting plates in aluminium.
